According to the report of Architects magazine, a plan was planned to create the Blackfriar Tower in London. The 45-storey tower is located at 18 Blackfriars Street in Southwark, London.

Blackfriar Tower in London is located next to residential buildings 22 and 40. After the construction of this skyscraper, approximately 433 new homes will be provided. The winner of this plan is Fosters.

The company managed to defeat its famous competitors, including Denmark’s PracticeNX3, New York’s COOKFOX Architects, Connecticut-based Pickard Chilton and the American giant Owings & Merill. In this plan, the space of the Mad Hatter hotel will also be renovated. Among other things that can be implemented in this plan, we can mention the creation of a ground floor with shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
