The revocation of certifications provided by Valor Consulting followed a criminal indictment in court. The lawsuit is against senior executives and employees of Valor. During this complaint, the said company is accused of selling identification cards to workers without providing any of the required safety training.
More than 17,000 ID cards issued without proper training have been disabled since the complaint was filed, and those with these cards are no longer allowed to work at larger, more complex jobs in New York until they receive a new, legitimate ID. .
