The installation of 16 Otis elevators at the Taj Home Resort project, utilizing advanced technologies, is a step in the development of vertical transportation in the state of Espírito Santo.
Otis Elevator Installation at Taj Home Resort Project; A New Experience in Espírito Santo
Otis Brazil is installing Otis elevators at the Taj Home Resort project. The company will install 16 elevators, including SkyRise, Arise and Gen2 Comfort models, at the Taj Home Resort, currently under construction in Vila Velha.
The project, being built by Grand Construtora, will include more than 20,000 square meters of leisure space. The project is a major step towards the development of the largest leisure area in the state of Espírito Santo.

Taj Home Resort will have the first Otis SkyRise elevator in the state of Espírito Santo. SkyRise is Otis’ most advanced high-rise elevator, combining industry-leading technologies with a space-saving design.
The ReGen drive used in the elevator recycles energy that would otherwise be lost as heat and converts it into electricity for use in other building systems. This maximizes energy efficiency. The building will feature four SkyRise elevators.
